Our office is open from 8am until 6pm, Monday through Friday, with our last patients being scheduled around 5pm.
Much of our providers’ days are filled with follow-up appointments to manage long-term disease states and sick visits. For your convenience, if your care requires lab work ordered by our providers, our office staff will happily draw it and send it to Greensboro Pathology, Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp depending on the preference of your insurance. If you are coming in for a sick visit, we have an in-house laboratory that allows our providers instant answers to many simple tests such as blood counts, strep tests, urine screens, mono screens, and pregnancy tests. We can also utilize our x-ray machine to aide in your diagnosis if your provider deems it necessary.
In addition to regular office visits, all of our providers perform routine physical exams, school physicals, sports physicals, and women health physicals. Please check with your insurance regarding coverage.
In the event our providers need additional insight into your medical condition, our referral coordinator, Gabriele Hendrick, will obtain permission from your insurance to send you to a specialist or for specialized testing.
For your convenience and peace of mind, you can speak to one of our providers 24 hours a day 7 days a week for advice. Please note, it is rare for us to prescribe medications over the phone when the office is closed due to the inability to access your record. If you feel your illness requires prescription medications, we encourage you to make an appointment during regular office hours or seek care at an urgent or emergency care facility.
